The Okan Tower (2022)
Designed by architecture firm Behar Font & Partners, this tulip inspired 70 story condominium is stunning. The Okan Tower dwarfs the surrounding buildings, giving its residents a clear view of the bay. Since the tower’s location is near the heart of downtown, residents are within walking distance from parks, shopping centers, and sports arenas. Also, located on its 70th floor, the Okan Tower has a Spa, a Health and Fitness Center, a wine cellar, an Outdoor Lounge, and Sky Pool.

The Oleta House (2021)
Located in North Miami Beach, and designed by Flux Architects, this 25 story condominium provides the perfect combination of affordable housing and top of the line luxury. The Oleta House offers tons of amenities such as three resort-style pools, a fitness center, a yoga studio, and garage parking. The building’s location also provides residents with a great view of the sunrise, and is close to beaches, restaurants, cafes, and luxurious shopping.

Smart Brickell (2021)
Designed by the well-known architect, Hernando Carrillo, and with interiors designed by Arquitectonica Interiors, every single square foot of this building is being used. This condominium was built with the future in mind. Each apartment has state of the art smart home features, such as the ability to control lights, temperature, music, and your television, all from your smartphone. The building also provides several amenities, such as a pool deck and sun lounge on the 8th floor, a business center on the 9th floor, an event room on the 10th floor, a Sky Fitness Center on the 24th floor, and a lounge bar on the 25th floor. Smart Brickell is located within walking distance of Brickell City Center, and is in very close proximity to some of the most luxurious restaurants Miami has to offer.

The Paramount Miami, World Center (2020)
This 749-foot condo tower is located in the center of the Miami World Center. Paramount Miami has 466 residences, making it one of the most extensive private master planned projects. Not a whole lot is known about the Paramount Miami, but we do know for sure that it has swimming pools, a fitness center, a spa, an amphitheater, a dog walking park, and a 765,000 SF dining, retail, and entertainment space.

The Aston Martin Residences Miami (2022)
We can’t forget about the Aston Martin building. This 66 story sail-shaped building is very impressive. On June 28th the Aston Martin Residence had the biggest concrete pour in Miami with 14,000 cubic yards or 2.82 million gallons or concrete. Residence also get access to a fitness center with a spa, an infinity pool on the 55th floor, a yacht marina, a pool deck, a virtual golf course, meditation rooms, a barber shop, a beauty salon, an art gallery, a teen center, a business center, a kids playroom, and views of the Miami River. The building has condos from one bedroom to four bedrooms, as well as seven penthouses and a duplex penthouse.

Miami is slowly shifting from the city of retirement to the city of technology startups and nightlife. Miami is turning into a powerhouse. While don’t know what the next new construction project will bring, or what new construction marvel or technological advancements those projects will have, one thing is certain. Miami is growing, and only time will tell us what this magical city becomes.
