Yes, the SmartBarrel TimeClock actually comes with its own internet connection built in. It will automatically connect to whichever service provider is best in that area. It can also be connected to Starlink if needed.
Does the SmartBarrel TimeClock and the SmartBarrel Mobile App work offline?
Yes, both the SmartBarrel TimeClock and the SmartBarrel Mobile app both work offline and will sync data back to the dashboard as soon as they have connectivity. Note that the SmartBarrel TimeClock has its own internet connection built in so usually it can easily connect on its own.
Where is the SmartBarrel TimeClock built?
The SmartBarrel TimeClock is proudly built in The USA, right in our head office in Miami, FL. We own the manufacturing side so we can ensure quality, timing, and requirements.
Do you have Cost Codes & Productivity Tracking?
Yes! The SmartBarrel solution is designed to get you the most accurate timesheets ready with cost coding & productivity to get you payroll ready timesheets and next-level job costing data. Once workers clock-in/out, auto-populated timesheets are created on the dashboard where the foremen can add cost codes, production quantities installed and approve time.
How long does rollout take?
The roll-out timeline depends on the size of the company but our solution is very user friendly and we typically take clients live in 2 weeks – 3 months. We know that may seem too quick for some companies so we can adjust depending on your requirements. Some companies start with a longer roll-out expectation but once they see how the field teams respond to the solution, they speed up the process!
