Yana is Head of Growth at SmartBarrel, where she leads the company's expansion across North America. Before joining SmartBarrel, she spent over eight years at Jonas Construction Software, one of the industry's leading ERP providers. Yana has worked with hundreds of contractors - from small specialty trades to enterprise general contractors - helping them solve workforce management, job costing, and operational challenges. She's seen firsthand what works (and what fails spectacularly) when contractors try to modernize their time tracking and payroll processes. At SmartBarrel, Yana uses that experience to help contractors cut through the noise and find solutions that actually work in the field.
